Black Swan’s founder, Chritos Saristavros, used family recipes to produce dairy dips for sale in the local South Melbourne markets. From those humble beginnings, Black Swan has become a major dairy products supplier of Dips, Yogurt and Cheese to the retail and export markets, with over 75 employees.
